You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act on its behalf.
This site describes the consulting services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a commitment to take on work. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both sides. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents win.
The articles, checklists and guidance published here are general information about cloud and security practice. They are not a security assessment of your environment, and they are not legal, compliance or financial advice. Every environment is different. Do not act on general guidance without checking it against your own setup.
Do not use this site to break the law, to probe or attack its infrastructure, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, to submit malicious code, or to impersonate someone else. We may block access if you do.
The text, design, graphics and downloadable resources on this site belong to Olson Tech Services. You may read them, and share a link to them. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own without written permission.
If you send us a message, a job application or feedback, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. Do not send us confidential information through the website forms. If we need to exchange sensitive material, we will set up a secure channel first.
Some links, including our scheduling link, take you to services run by other companies. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Olson Tech Services is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that state.
