Olson Tech Services is growing. We're looking for people who take their craft seriously, communicate clearly, and want to do meaningful work with clients who rely on what they build.
We're a small, focused team building something we're proud of. Our clients are real businesses that depend on the environments we design. That means the work has consequence—and the satisfaction is genuine.
We don't have bureaucratic overhead, endless approval chains, or a culture of performative busyness. We have clear standards, direct feedback, and the expectation that everyone here does excellent work.
We care about the quality of your output, not where you're sitting when you produce it. Flexible hours with clear expectations and real accountability.
We're not a break-fix shop. The work is architectural, deliberate, and documented. You'll build things that last and own the outcomes.
We're early-stage and intentionally growing. The people who join now will help shape how the team, processes, and culture develop over the next several years.
Market-rate salaries, health benefits, home office stipend, professional development budget, and paid time off that we actually expect you to use.
We believe in a few things strongly: that documentation is a form of respect for the people who come after you, that security is everyone's responsibility, and that honest communication is more valuable than comfortable communication.
If you want to work somewhere that values craft, takes client outcomes seriously, and doesn't confuse activity with progress—you'll fit in well here.
Showing 3 open roles
You'll design, configure, and document Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments for SMB clients—from initial tenant architecture through security hardening and handoff. This is our core delivery role and the foundation of every client engagement.
You'll lead security hardening engagements—configuring identity protection, email authentication, device compliance, and conditional access policies for SMB clients running Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
You'll be the operational backbone of our client relationships—managing onboarding schedules, project coordination, client communications, and internal process tracking.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package because we want people who join this team to stay and grow with us—not look elsewhere in two years because the compensation wasn't competitive.
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family. We cover 100% of employee premiums and contribute meaningfully toward dependent coverage.
We match your 401(k) contributions because we believe financial security isn't something you should have to build entirely on your own.
We set a minimum because we mean it. Burnout is a business risk and a human cost.
Set up a workspace that helps you do your best work. Spend it on whatever you need—monitor, desk, chair, lighting.
Microsoft certifications, security courses, conferences, books. Use it for whatever sharpens your skills.
Core overlap hours keep the team connected. Outside that, work the schedule that lets you do your best work.
You'll receive a company-issued MacBook or Windows device configured and secured before your first day.
Paid parental leave for new parents—birth, adoption, and foster placements. We support your family, not just your role.
Access to mental health resources and employee assistance programs. We take wellbeing seriously and fund it accordingly.
Defined career ladders, regular 1:1s, and annual compensation reviews tied to growth—not just tenure. We promote from within first.
"We built the benefits package we wished we'd had when we were employees."
